Refund policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances may lead you to seek a refund, and we strive to make this process as clear and fair as possible. Below is our refund policy to help you understand your options:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your resin art lamp arrives damaged, broken, or with manufacturing defects, please contact us at support@resinartx.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost—no need to return the damaged item.
- Incorrect Items: In the rare case that you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping for the incorrect item and either send the correct one or process a full refund.
- Change of Mind: For non-custom orders, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the lamp is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund (minus a 10% restocking fee) within 5-7 business days.
Custom Orders
Due to the unique nature of custom-made lamps (designed specifically for your requirements), they are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate it immediately. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method: typically 3-5 business days for credit/debit cards and 5-10 business days for PayPal or other payment gateways.
Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel an order before production begins (within 24 hours of payment), you will receive a full refund. For cancellations after production has started, we will refund 70% of the order value (to cover material costs already incurred).
